Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please review the cancellation policy below before booking.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may reschedule one time, subject to availability. Any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment date.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service cost.
